About Nati
I believe the body is a gateway. A gateway to vitality, resilience, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to yourself and to life itself.
My path has been shaped by a lifelong curiosity about the relationship between body, mind, and wellbeing. Over the years, that exploration has expanded through the study of yoga, movement, meditation, healing modalities, nutrition, and evidence - informed lifestyle practices.
What continues to inspire me about yoga is its invitation to explore. The practice encourages us to learn, but not blindly accept - to inquire, to experience, and to discover for ourselves what is true.
While yoga is far more than mastering a pose, the physical practice itself is profoundly transformative. Through intelligent movement and thoughtful alignment, we build strength, improve mobility and flexibility, develop balance and resilience, and learn to move with greater ease and awareness. Each posture becomes an opportunity not only to refine the body, but also to cultivate presence, discernment, and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Through direct experience, we develop the ability to meet life with greater clarity, wisdom, and authenticity.
My background includes Hatha, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings, Thai Yoga Massage training, meditation and hypnosis training, Bio - ergonomic Healing training, as well as advanced education in nutrition, wellness and lifestyle coaching through Harvard Medical School.
My teaching weaves together intelligent movement, thoughtful alignment, breath awareness, philosophy, and practical tools that support long - term health, longevity, and a meaningful quality of life.
Whether you come to build strength, improve mobility, relieve stress, recover from injury, or deepen your yoga practice, my intention is to create a space where you feel challenged, supported, and inspired to explore your potential - on the mat and beyond it.
